SecureCheck.com.au publishes plain English guides to VPNs and online security in Australia, with Australian law and official guidance linked to the government pages that set it out. We don't run a contact form and we don't collect personal details, so this page sets out who we are, what we can help with and how to tell us about a mistake.
Who runs SecureCheck.com.au
SecureCheck.com.au is run by Dominet BV, Panamalaan 7D, 1019 AS Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KvK 75389517).
What we are, and what we are not
SecureCheck.com.au is an independent information site, not a VPN provider, a security company or a government agency. We don't sell VPNs or software, we can't see any account you hold with a provider, and we can't investigate a scam.
Questions about your own account
We can't help with VPN subscriptions, refunds, cancellations or connection problems. Please contact the provider directly, through its own website or app. It holds your account details, so it's the one who can act on them.
If you've been scammed
We can't act on a scam report. If you think you've been scammed, contact your bank straight away, then report it through the Australian Government's Scamwatch website. Our online scams guide explains the steps.
Found a mistake?
If something on a page is wrong or out of date, write to us by post at the address above and mark it "Corrections, securecheck.com.au". Tell us the page address and what you think should change. If you have an official source, include it. We check each report against the source, and if the page is wrong we fix it and update the date.
Everything on SecureCheck.com.au is general information only. It isn't legal or technical advice for your situation.
